Our Commitment to Our Values Guides Everything We Do

A Chadwick student is a very special kind of student. You can spot him or her by the core values they live by every day — honesty, fairness, responsibility, respect and compassion.  As a community, we are rooted in these values, and it makes all the difference.

Beginning in kindergarten and continuing throughout their years at Chadwick, our students are guided by these simple yet powerful tenets. Faculty and staff model them. Parents appreciate and take pride in them. Daily immersion in our values empowers students to make good decisions, teaches them to respect diverse perspectives, and encourages them to engage thoughtfully and productively in their community.

The Chadwick core values — honesty, fairness, responsibility, respect and compassion — are visible in the character of our students and throughout our campus, including here outside The Geoffrey Alan Laverty Center for the Performing Arts.

Village School students proudly pose with Village School Director Josie Bahedry as they receive Citizenship Awards, acknowledging their actions bringing the core values into practice every day.
